One question that has been repeated in Columbus many timesover the past several years is how we can collectively as a city improve our arts and cultural institutions and programs through increased funding, patronage and visibility. The reason for this importance is not only to improve quality of life measurements for residents and visitors, but also to spur additional economic development that comes from building a cultured community.
