The US Census bureau released new population estimations this morning, and both Franklin County and the entire Columbus Metropolitan Area are continuing to grow at a rapid rate. According to the data, Franklin County added another 17,559 residents between July 1, 2013 and July 1, 2014. The entire 10-county region added a total of 25,504 residents during the same timeframe. Delaware County was the second fastest growing in terms of overall numbers with 3,911 people added.
